I will be really disappointed with Dish tech support team & customer support. My Hopper 3 device happens to be broken for the previous Two Days also it took calling customer care 3 times over 2 times before such a thing ended up being done about any of it, but that’s just half. Now they’ve been telling me personally for the shipping of the new unit that they will ship a new unit out, but it will be four more days before I will receive it, and get this, they are going to charge me. I have an innovative new Hopper 3 for the shipping of the new unit from them three months ago and it already needs to be replace but, they are going to charge me! I been a devoted client for DISH system for 12 years and this the way they treat you. They state they love their clients, but I’m sure now it is just a scam to cause you to agree to that two-year agreement. We question them when they could deliver a site man away and that might be quicker, however, if they did they might charge me personally for the additionally.
