Saddleback Butte State Park
(Available all year round) The park is 20 minutes east of Lancaster, within the breathtaking western Mojave Desert amongst Joshua Trees and wilderness bushes, with 40 developed campsites and a visitor center. The host web web site has complete hook-ups, a color ramada, picnic dining dining table, fire ring with barbeque, and a mature joshua Tree. The career is for three to 6 months with about five hours of work a day; duties consist of visitor help, staffing of this visitor center, and maintenance that is light. Accepting Applications for a basis that is ongoing camp host will offer information to visiting general public, report medical emergencies, as well as other park related issues towards the staff, miss travel horror stories and health supplement the maintenance staff by doing small housekeeping within the campground sleep spaces.
